CPCV (Cost Per View)

What is Cost per Completed View (CPCV)?

A cost-per-completed-view (CPCV) model is a pricing model in online advertising that charges the advertiser only when the viewer watches the whole video. This is a variation of the more common cost-per-view (CPV) pricing model, where the advertiser pays for each view, regardless of whether the viewer watches the entire ad or not. You can calculate CPCV as such:

Advertising cost / completed video view = CPCV
